農(nong)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)加(jia)工(gong)貯(zhu)藏(zang)是(shi)農(nong)業(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)中(zhong)一(yi)個(ge)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)產(chan)後(hou)環(huan)節(jie),也(ye)是(shi)當(dang)前(qian)最(zui)為(wei)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)產(chan)業(ye)末(mo)鏈(lian),它(ta)是(shi)農(nong)產(chan)品(pin)附(fu)加(jia)值(zhi)提(ti)升(sheng)的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)手(shou)段(duan)與(yu)方(fang)法(fa)。常(chang)規(gui)的(de)清(qing)洗(xi)與(yu)消(xiao)毒(du)大(da)多(duo)采(cai)用(yong)洗(xi)滌(di)劑(ji)或(huo)化(hua)學(xue)殺(sha)菌(jun)劑(ji),它(ta)雖(sui)也(ye)達(da)到(dao)了(le)一(yi)定(ding)效(xiao)果(guo),但(dan)對(dui)農(nong)產(chan)品(pin)的(de)化(hua)學(xue)殘(can)留(liu)或(huo)環(huan)境(jing)汙(wu)染(ran)還是不能避免的,特別是一些生鮮蔬菜的淨菜包裝,如果殺菌消毒不到位,對於食品的汙染危害也是時有發生的。
在(zai)淨(jing)菜(cai)清(qing)洗(xi)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong),可(ke)以(yi)用(yong)清(qing)水(shui)洗(xi)去(qu)所(suo)有(you)的(de)泥(ni)雜(za)物(wu),再(zai)用(yong)電(dian)化(hua)水(shui)進(jin)行(xing)噴(pen)淋(lin)式(shi)或(huo)浸(jin)入(ru)式(shi)清(qing)洗(xi),起(qi)到(dao)了(le)瓜(gua)果(guo)蔬(shu)菜(cai)表(biao)麵(mian)的(de)全(quan)麵(mian)殺(sha)菌(jun)作(zuo)用(yong),附(fu)於(yu)表(biao)麵(mian)的(de)大(da)腸(chang)杆(gan)菌(jun)、球菌類等,一般在幾秒鍾的時間內就全部殺死,這對於生鮮蔬菜的淨菜包裝及保鮮來說是一種最為安全與簡易之方法。

對(dui)各(ge)種(zhong)蔬(shu)菜(cai)進(jin)行(xing)淨(jing)菜(cai)清(qing)洗(xi)時(shi)所(suo)進(jin)行(xing)的(de)一(yi)個(ge)試(shi)驗(yan),不(bu)同(tong)的(de)清(qing)洗(xi)水(shui)產(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)殺(sha)菌(jun)效(xiao)果(guo),通(tong)過(guo)菌(jun)落(luo)計(ji)觀(guan)察(cha)統(tong)計(ji)處(chu)理(li)後(hou)的(de)活(huo)菌(jun)數(shu),說(shuo)明(ming)電(dian)化(hua)水(shui)具(ju)有(you)比(bi)其(qi)它(ta)清(qing)洗(xi)水(shui)有(you)更(geng)好(hao)的(de)殺(sha)菌(jun)效(xiao)果(guo),而(er)且(qie)是(shi)毫(hao)無(wu)殘(can)留(liu)的(de)無(wu)公(gong)害(hai)方(fang)法(fa),可(ke)以(yi)在(zai)生(sheng)鮮(xian)淨(jing)菜(cai)清(qing)洗(xi)中(zhong)得(de)以(yi)運(yun)用(yong)。殺(sha)菌(jun)速(su)度(du)快(kuai),一(yi)般(ban)10秒鍾就可達到良好的清洗殺菌效果,是其它方法不可比擬的。
